When choosing a Contractor please consider, in addition to the bid, the following:

• Are they professional, screened painters/craftspeople with at least 8 years experience in the industry? We are.
  

• Are their employees are regularly trained on safety issues and we comply by OSHA standards? We are.
  
• Do they use only high end painting products that are tested annually by industry painting organizations? We do. Skimping on paint/stain quality is NOT good for our business!
• Do they carry $2,000,000 of liability insurance for accidents, injuries, property damage, etc.  (we carry more, if required, for larger jobs) We do.
  
• Are all employees and owners are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance as required by law? We are.
  
• Are they registered with the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota, are an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau and belong to the oldest painting and decorating association in the country (The PDCA, established in 1884, sets the highest industry standards of quality for work performed by it’s members)? We are.
  

• Do they dispose of waste (old paint, paint thinner, solvents, etc.) properly at EPA approved facilities? We do. and we use “green”, low/no VOC, environmentally safe products whenever possible.
• Do they regularly inspect their equipment (ladders, scaffolding, power tools, hand tools, etc.) for safety and quality before each job?  If it doesn’t pass the inspection, it is not used on the job. We do.

• We know that spending extra time on thorough prep work, attention to detail, and customer relations is necessary and worth the effort to retain a great customer base and reputation.  We want you to feel we have exceeded your expectations.

• We spend the time to make sure you understand the contract and know what is included in the contract so there are no unknowns or surprises. 
• We make sure you are comfortable with the payment specifications and we won’t ask for payment on work that hasn’t been completed yet.
• We perform a thorough walk through with you before final payment.  If you later notice something overlooked during our walk through, we will be make sure we come back and take care of it promptly.
